GENERAL RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CAN CAMPER IBIZA<\/h3>\n\n

1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS<\/h4>\n\n
    \n
  • Minimum Age:<\/strong> The driver must be at least 20 years old<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience:<\/strong> A valid driving license (B) with a minimum of 2 years<\/strong> of experience is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation:<\/strong> Presentation of original and valid ID\/Passport and driving license is required before handover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    2. BOOKING, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS<\/h4>\n\n
      \n
    • Confirmation:<\/strong> To block the dates, a 50%<\/strong> deposit of the total amount is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Final Payment:<\/strong> The remaining 50% must be paid before the physical handover of the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancellations:<\/strong> * 50%<\/strong> refund if canceled more than 30 days in advance (management fees are non-refundable).\n
        \n
      • No right to refund if canceled 30 days or less in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Full refund if canceled within the first 24 hours after booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        3. INSURANCE AND DEPOSIT<\/h4>\n\n
          \n
        • Coverage:<\/strong> Comprehensive Insurance<\/strong> with an excess of \u20ac900<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Deposit:<\/strong> A deposit of \u20ac900<\/strong> must be paid by card or bank transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refund:<\/strong> The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days<\/strong> after verifying that the vehicle has no damages or breaches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          4. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS (VERY IMPORTANT)<\/h4>\n\n
            \n
          • Scope:<\/strong> It is strictly forbidden<\/strong> to take the vehicle outside the island of Ibiza<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Ferries:<\/strong> Transporting the vehicle by ferry, boat, or any other means to other islands or the mainland is not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Penalty:<\/strong> Failure to comply with this clause entitles the lessor to terminate the contract and retain the full deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            5. RULES OF USE AND PENALTIES<\/h4>\n\n

            To ensure the hygiene and condition of our Roamer Adventure Club<\/strong> campers, the following automatic fines apply:<\/p>\n\n

              \n
            • Smoking\/Vaping:<\/strong> Smoking inside is prohibited (\u20ac200<\/strong> fine).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Pets:<\/strong> Animals are not allowed (\u20ac200<\/strong> fine).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Beach Sand:<\/strong> Entering with sand or wet clothes on beds or seats is prohibited (\u20ac80 - \u20ac120<\/strong> depending on severity).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Drugs\/Illegal Activities:<\/strong> \u20ac300<\/strong> fine and immediate notification to authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Lost Keys:<\/strong> \u20ac150<\/strong> penalty plus replacement and management costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              6. HANDOVER AND RETURN (VEHICLE CONDITION)<\/h4>\n\n
                \n
              • Fuel:<\/strong> The vehicle is handed over with a full tank (or agreed level) and must be returned the same way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Deposits:<\/strong> The vehicle must be returned with the grey water tank emptied<\/strong>. Failure to do so incurs a penalty of \u20ac200<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Cleaning:<\/strong> The vehicle must be returned in optimal condition. Poor cleaning incurs a charge of \u20ac100<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Delays:<\/strong> Late return is penalized from \u20ac100<\/strong> (up to 1 hour) up to the full day's amount plus \u20ac500<\/strong> if it exceeds 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                7. OVERNIGHT STAYS AND LAW 5\/2024<\/h4>\n\n
                  \n
                • The client declares knowledge of the Balearic Islands regulations and agrees to stay overnight only in designated areas or campsites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • The lessor is not responsible for fines due to illegal camping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
