- Security deposit: To cover this excess, a €900 deposit is required at the start of the rental. This amount is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided it is in the same condition.

🏝️ Can I take the camper to another island or outside Ibiza?
To ensure vehicle safety and comply with transport regulations, the following conditions apply:
- Exclusive use in Ibiza: The vehicle must remain on the island of Ibiza for the entire rental period. Your comprehensive insurance and roadside assistance are exclusively linked to circulation within the island.
- Restriction in Formentera: Please note that, due to environmental regulations, rental vehicles are not allowed to enter Formentera from Ibiza. Access to Formentera is regulated and limited to protect its ecosystem. If you wish to visit the neighboring island, the best option is to leave your camper safely parked in Ibiza and cross by ferry as a passenger. Once there, you can rent a local vehicle (scooter, bike, or car) for the day.
- Contract compliance: Taking the van out of Ibiza would constitute a breach of your rental agreement conditions and the immediate cancellation of insurance coverage.

🧑✈️ Who can drive the camper?
For the insurance with a €900 excess to be valid, drivers must meet these requirements:
- Requirements: Hold a valid driving license (Class B) for a minimum of 2 years or be over 25 years old.
- Only individuals officially listed in the rental agreement may drive.
- You must present your ID and original driver's license when picking up your van.
⛽ How and where should the vehicle be returned?
To ensure a quick rental return process and the full refund of your €900 deposit, please follow these mandatory points as per the rental agreement:
- Meeting point: Handover will take place at the previously agreed location and time. Punctuality is key for professional management.
- Water Management: The camper must be returned with the fresh water tank FULL and the grey water tanks (sink/shower) completely EMPTY.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: The van must be returned clean, without any trace of sand and no rubbish inside.
- Fuel Policy: The fuel tank must be at the same level as it was delivered (Full/Full).
- Vehicle Condition: The camper will be inspected to ensure it has no new defects or damage, in compliance with the insurance with excess conditions.
🌱 Zero Waste Project: Don't throw anything away!
If you have leftover food (that is sealed or in good condition), don't throw it away! Leave it in a bag or inside the fridge. We will collect it for donation. Thank you for helping us reduce waste on the island!
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Failure to comply with these points (lack of cleanliness, presence of sand, or unmanaged tanks) will result in financial penalties that will be automatically deducted from the deposit according to the signed conditions.
🐾 Are pets allowed in the camper?
We love animals, but to ensure maximum hygiene and the well-being of all our customers (especially those with allergies), we have established the following policy:
- No Pets Policy: Animals are not allowed inside our vehicles. This measure allows us to ensure rigorous and professional cleaning for every rental, always delivering the van in optimal condition.
- Breach of contract: Unauthorized access by pets constitutes a breach of the rental agreement conditions. In case of detecting traces of animals (hair, odors, or damage), a financial penalty for special cleaning and disinfection will be applied, which will be directly deducted from the €900 deposit.

- Ibiza Summer regulations 2026 (June 1 to September 30): During these months, in Ibiza it is mandatory to have a campsite reservation to be able to drive and stay overnight with your rental camper or motorhome. It is a measure taken by the island to control capacity and protect the environment.
- Difference between parking and camping: According to DGT instructions, you can be inside the van if it is properly parked (without taking out awnings, tables, or chairs). However, in Ibiza it is strictly forbidden to stay overnight on rural land, in natural parks, or in areas protected by the Coastal Law.
